King's Cross Station

I’ve not been 100% well this week – Christine brought a rather nasty cold home from work with her that’s knocked me back somewhat. Not quite enough to keep me off work, but when I’ve come home on an evening I’ve had next to no energy to do anything. Hopefully the symptoms will ease soon.

Predictably last week’s post about poor sound quality with Siri has been quite popular and brought in a nice bit of extra traffic. I’m hoping it will have helped a few people.

Tomorrow Christine and I are off to London for the weekend, to catch up with friends and for a bit of sightseeing. We’ve both managed to get tomorrow off work so we’re heading down in the morning. I’m looking forward to seeing King’s Cross Square, opened today and playing host to a Victorian market this weekend. It completes the refurbishment of King’s Cross station, turning it from a congested, run-down embarrassment to a bright and airy component of a huge international interchange, along with St Pancras next year.

In the meantime, I’ll be having an early night and plenty of sleep.
