Geograph

Geograph seems like a very cool site – the aim is to have at least one photograph taken in every 1km grid square of the Ordnance Survey maps of the UK and Ireland. All of the images are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution Share-alike License.
Currently, around 5% of the country is covered, with some large gaps – Bradford is particularly badly covered, for example, although hopefully I’ll be able to rectify that. I also have a number of photos of the outskirts of York to add to the collection.
