More Participation

If you’ve not noticed already, there’s now a ‘Participation’ category, since I’ve given in and decided to do the Friday Five every week due to the lack of interesting things to post about lately. But since several other of my favourite weblogs (Lost Pilgrim, Revolving Duck and RyCam.net) are all doing it I might as well join the flock.
Been to Sheffield today, as I’ve hinted at this past week. It was a really nice day, and the city looked really nice, especially as it’s currently in the middle of ‘Sheffield in Bloom’, which means that there are flowers everywhere. It was very hot though! πŸ™‚
I’ll upload the photos, along with some of last week’s East Coast photos some time soon, but I have relatives to entertain at the moment so it’ll have to wait a while.
In other news, I’m going to be doing some paid work next weekend. And I bet you can’t guess what I’m doing? Yes… university open days. A-level results are published on Thursday and so Bradford is opening its doors to encourage those who have been turned down from the universities they applied for to come, so I’ll be showing them around and whatnot. And it pays around £5 an hour :-D.
It’s both Saturday and Sunday, along with the following Wednesday, so I reckon I could pocket around £100. Which will be nice :).
