Minor accessibility improvements

I’ve made the sidebar a little more accessible by converting the list of Recent Entries and monthly archives into true HTML lists. When you think about it, it makes sense, doesn’t it?
Using list tags rather than basic line break tags is necessary for Bobby ‘AA’ classification, so I’m going to use it as far as possible. The blogrolls still don’t use list tags yet as you need a contributor account to do so – otherwise you get some very fruity HTML. I’m still debating whether to get a better BlogRolling account – I think I’ll wait until term ends in 3 weeks before I take the plunge, so that I know how much money I have left.
If you’re wondering why there are no bullets on the lists, it’s because I turned them off, using the awesome power of CSS. A good guide for lists and CSS is this article from A List Apart – well it’s what I used, anyway.
