Strict Enforcement

C|Net’s article about the slack attitude of some W3C members over web standards (via OnlineBlog) reminded me to check this site. The MT templates use valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional, but being the ubergeek that I am, I prefer to use XHTML 1.1. Only a handful of changes were necessary, fortunately, and the site now validates.
I’ve only done the main pages so far – the individual entry pages are next. I’ve yet to check the CSS or Bobby compatibility.
