BCS Codes of Conduct

Part of becoming a member of the BCS, whether you’re a student member like me or a professional member, is agreeing to the Codes of Conduct and Practice. Since the BCS is a professional body, any malpractice (in theory) puts the whole profession into disripute.
The trouble was that I was reading this while already quite tired, having had to pack and then unpack everthing today, and some parts came out slightly wrong. Take for instance:

  • “All colleagues have a right to be treated with dignity and respect.”
    …came out as
  • “All colleagues have a right to be beheaded with dignity and respect.”

I’m sure they do.
