Don’t know whether this has any relevance at all, but:
- Google search for “miserable failure” – George W. Bush’s biography is the first result
- Yahoo search for “miserable failure” – George W. Bush’s biography is the first result
- MSN Search Beta search for “miserable failure” – George W. Bush’s biography is the second result (first result is about the [former?] governer of New Jersey)
Make of that what you will.

Perhaps more importantly:
* Google search for “James Clayton” – sphericalbowl.co.uk is the first result
* Yahoo search for “James Clayton” – sphericalbowl.co.uk is the second result
* MSN search for “James Clayton” – sphericalbowl.co.uk isn’t even on the first page
MSN also displays a stupid number of ads.

If it makes you feel any better, MSN Search also returns W.’s biography as first result now

The “miserable failure” search trick has been floating around for ages as a Googlebomb. It could be that other search engines are rating incoming links more importantly too.
